Services

Most organizations do not need more technology. They need the technology they have to do more of the work, with fewer handoffs, clearer accountability, and less time lost to incidents and backlogs. Our services follow that need through three stages.

Advise

Before anything is built, the direction has to be right. Advisory and consulting establishes which opportunities are worth pursuing, whether the applications and data are ready, how the solution fits the existing Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP landscape, and what controls and operating model it will need. The output is a prioritized, costed, and governed plan rather than a general recommendation.

Implement

Two services turn direction into working capability.

AI agents and implementation takes a promising capability, often one already proven in a pilot, and makes it something your teams rely on: integrated with your platforms, grounded in approved knowledge, bounded by approval flows, evaluated against agreed criteria, and rolled out with monitoring and rollback in place.

Integration and process automation connects the systems and steps where work currently stalls. API and event-based integration, workflow orchestration, document intake, validation, exception routing, and reconciliation are designed with ownership and traceability built in. We are explicit about where a deterministic rule is the right answer and where AI reasoning adds value.

Manage

Solutions keep working only if someone keeps them working. Application management and continuous improvement covers scoped functional and technical support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, configuration changes, minor enhancements, release impact assessment, regression testing, integration monitoring, and documentation.

This service covers the applications your organization already runs, not only the solutions QxOrbit implemented. It also extends to agent operations: evaluation regression, failed-tool analysis, knowledge refresh, prompt and configuration change control, cost and latency monitoring, escalation, and safe fallback.

Across all three

Every service applies across Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP, with actual scope established during discovery. Each is designed around the same principles: process before technology, existing platforms as the starting point, integration and data readiness as part of delivery, human accountability and controls, and ownership beyond go-live. Service hours, severities, and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.

Find the opportunity. Build the solution. Keep it working.

  1. Advise

Identify where AI and automation can make a meaningful difference. Define the roadmap, business case, and controls to move forward with confidence.

  2. Implement

Put AI agents, integrations, and automated workflows into everyday business operations, with people in control.

  3. Manage

Support and improve your existing enterprise applications, integrations, and AI solutions, including systems QxOrbit did not implement.

Four services, with accountability before and after go-live.

Every service applies across Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP. Scope is set in discovery, not assumed.

How an engagement starts, and what you receive.

Four ways to begin. Each ends with something you can act on; scope is agreed in discovery, not assumed.

Readiness and roadmap

Leaders who need a prioritized, defensible plan before committing budget.

You receive
  • Opportunity register
  • Readiness findings on applications and data
  • Prioritized roadmap and pilot charter
Scope depends on
  • Number of business processes in scope
  • Platforms and integrations involved
  • Stakeholder availability
Discuss a roadmap

Focused implementation pilot

Teams with a validated opportunity who need it built, evaluated, and handed over properly.

You receive
  • Integrated agent or workflow in a focused scope
  • Evaluation evidence and control design
  • Deployment, rollback, and operating plan
Scope depends on
  • Platform capabilities and licenses
  • Data and permission readiness
  • Evaluation criteria agreed in discovery
Scope a pilot

Integration improvement

Organizations whose processes stall between CRM, ERP, and documents.

You receive
  • Workflow definitions with exception handling
  • Integration design and monitoring
  • Ownership and traceability model
Scope depends on
  • Systems and APIs involved
  • Volume and variety of exceptions
  • Release cadence of the platforms
Review a workflow

AMS transition and ongoing service

Application owners who need reliable support and a path to improvement for what they already run.

You receive
  • Transition plan and service catalog
  • Baseline service with agreed definitions
  • Improvement backlog and release readiness
Scope depends on
  • Modules, integrations, and agents in scope
  • Service hours and severity definitions agreed per engagement
  • Vendor escalation responsibilities
Improve application support

Tell us what is stalling, and where.

A first conversation is about your priorities and your platforms, not a pitch. We will tell you plainly whether advisory, implementation, integration, or application management is the right place to start.
