Privacy notice
Effective 2 October 2026. CxOrbit LLC (“QxOrbit”, “we”, “us”) operates qxorbit.ai. This notice explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It describes the site as it is built today and will be updated before any new collection starts.
Scope
This notice covers visitors to qxorbit.ai and people who contact us through it. Information we receive while delivering services to a client is handled under the agreement with that client, not under this notice. Links to other websites, including platform vendors’ sites, lead to places with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
What we collect
Information you give us. The site does not require an account or sign-in. The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company, area of interest, platform, and a short message. Submitting it sends one email to our inbox through our email delivery provider; nothing from the form is stored on the website itself. If you email us, we hold what you send.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours relies on its hosting provider to deliver pages. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and language, the pages requested, and request timestamps in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and keep it available. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Preferences stored in your browser. The site keeps two things in your browser’s local storage, and nothing else: the accessibility options you switch on (larger text, high contrast, reduced motion, stopped autoplay, underlined links), written only when you change one, and the choice you make in the cookie settings. These stay on your device and are never sent to us. Details, including how to switch the functional storage off, are in the cookie notice.
Protecting the form from abuse. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than automated software. For that purpose Turnstile processes your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, your browser’s User-Agent header, and our site key and origin. Cloudflare acts as our processor for the check and, under its own legitimate interest, as a controller to improve its bot detection; see its Turnstile privacy addendum. We do not use these signals for advertising or visitor tracking. We also limit how often one connection can submit the form.
What we do not do. We do not install analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking tools, and we do not set cookies for those purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we never have. The site is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
| Purpose | Information | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Delivering and securing the website | technical data processed by the host | our legitimate interest in running a reliable, safe site |
| Responding to an inquiry | what you give us in the form or by email | steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you |
| Keeping records the law requires | inquiry correspondence | legal obligation |
| Sending you anything beyond a reply | contact details | your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
We rely on consent only where the law requires it, and we will ask for it clearly at that moment.
Who sees it
Access is limited to the people at QxOrbit who need it to answer you or run the site. We share personal information only with providers that process it on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and the Turnstile check; our email delivery provider, which relays form submissions to our inbox; and our mailbox provider for correspondence. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
International transfers
QxOrbit is based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States, and may be processed by our providers in other countries where they operate. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, we rely on them or on our providers’ equivalent commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case the conversation resumes, and for longer only where a legal obligation, a dispute, or an engagement requires it. Technical data held by our hosting provider is retained under that provider’s own schedule. Preferences in your browser stay until you clear them.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit, and the security measures of the providers we use. Transmission over the internet, including by email, is never completely secure; we ask that you not send sensitive information through the site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may also complain to their data protection authority. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a right; because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will reply within the time the applicable law allows.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising, or social media technology. The cookie notice lists every item stored in or loaded into your browser, its purpose, category, and duration, and explains the cookie settings available in the footer of every page. The settings need JavaScript; without it the site stores nothing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the site carries no tracking, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off here. We honor them by design: when your browser sends either signal and you have not made a choice in the cookie settings, functional storage stays off until you turn it on.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice before the site starts collecting anything new, in particular if analytics are ever introduced. The effective date at the top changes with each revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to CxOrbit LLC through the inquiry form on the contact page; mark the message as a privacy request. You can also use the business address and email shown on correspondence from QxOrbit.
